How we hold ourselves to account, explained plainly.

The BC Pro Wrestling Fund is a federally incorporated nonprofit corporation registered in British Columbia.

The Fund is not a registered charity or qualified donee and does not issue official charitable donation receipts.

The Fund's board is responsible for program direction, financial stewardship, conflict review, related-party oversight, and community-benefit outcomes. Governance of the Fund rests with its board, not with any production partner or external organization.

The Fund sets its own program goals, eligibility priorities, reinvestment decisions, and community-benefit outcomes.

Production partners may assist with event delivery. BOOM! Wrestling Inc. may act as a production partner for particular programs, including live events. The BC Pro Wrestling Fund and BOOM! Wrestling Inc. are legally and operationally distinct organizations: the Fund is not BOOM! Wrestling's nonprofit arm, and program decisions are made by the Fund in pursuit of its own nonprofit purpose.

The Fund's policies require disclosure and withdrawal from conflicted decisions. Where sufficient disinterested decision-makers are available, they review and document the decision. Matters that cannot receive appropriate independent review are deferred or handled through another documented safeguard.

Shared control and related-party payments involving BOOM! Wrestling Inc. are disclosed, reviewed, approved, and documented, and are assessed for reasonableness and consistency with the Fund's nonprofit purpose. We do not treat these relationships as a formality — they are reviewed as part of the Fund's regular governance.

The Fund tracks program revenue and expenses, maintains supporting records, and relies on board oversight for allocation decisions.

Unrestricted funds may support active programs, organizational stability, reasonable administration and compliance, performer compensation, and other mission-related priorities approved by the Fund. Funds are used for a restricted purpose only when a donation is expressly accepted for a documented restricted purpose.
