We measure impact the way wrestling measures anything that matters — over the long term, one wrestler and one community at a time.
The Emergency Assistance Program exists for the moments nobody plans for — an urgent medical bill, emergency travel, or rent and utilities after a sudden loss of income. Assistance is modest by design, assessed against clear criteria, and reviewed confidentially, so help goes where it's genuinely needed.
We welcome experienced trainers from across Canada to work alongside BC’s established coaching community, bringing fresh perspectives, diverse approaches, and new opportunities for local wrestlers to grow.
Through its Live Events program — beginning with Kits League in Vancouver — the Fund creates paid bookings and public-stage experience for BC wrestlers, and introduces new audiences to professional wrestling as an accessible, community-based live performance form.
Emergency aid is a first step toward the Fund's broader health and safety goals. As those initiatives launch, the aim is simple: safety discussed openly, injuries taken seriously, and well-being prioritized.
Scholarships and financial education are next on the roadmap — so wrestlers can pursue education, weather unpredictable income, and step into life after wrestling with stability instead of crisis.

Live Events figures are based on the nine Kits League events covered in the Fund's impact report — the first series within our Live Events program.
